The teenage years are challenging, filled with peer pressure, academic stress, and physical changes. Our Teens Program provides a constructive outlet where adolescents can build unshakable self-esteem, surround themselves with positive influences, and channel their energy into self-improvement.

TECHNICAL & MENTAL GROWTH

This curriculum bridges the gap between kids' games and the serious adult classes. Teens learn highly effective, real-world self-defense techniques that ensure they can protect themselves against larger opponents without having to resort to striking.

On the mat, hard work is immediately rewarded. Teenagers learn the value of delayed gratification, goal-setting, and resilience. They quickly realize that failure (getting tapped out) is just a stepping stone to success, a mindset that directly translates to their high school studies.
