You don't have to be a 20-year-old athlete to enjoy the benefits of Jiu-Jitsu. Our Masters Program is exclusively designed for adults over 30 who want to learn the gentle art safely, focusing on technique, mobility, and longevity rather than explosive speed and strength.

A SAFER WAY TO TRAIN

We understand that our Masters students have careers, families, and busy lives outside the gym. Our curriculum emphasizes injury prevention, proper warm-ups, and a controlled training pace. You will learn the highly effective leverage-based concepts of Jiu-Jitsu that allow you to defeat younger, stronger opponents effortlessly.

The intensity is entirely up to you. You'll train with like-minded adults who understand the importance of going to work the next day without injuries. It’s about leaving your ego at the door and treating your training partners with the utmost care.
